Hmm wogole jest o nich malo informacji.
To co znalazlam:
The Beberbeck horse breed originated in southwestern Germany, where the stud of that name was founded just about two hundred years ago. The breed was introduced by crossing local Beberbeck mares with Arabian stallions, and after that the resulting mares were crossed with English Thoroughbreds. The next cross was with the local Beberbeck stallions. This was done to retain type and substance. The result was a heavy Thoroughbred type, which tends to be deep through the girth. They are predominantly bay or chestnut and stand at 16 hh or taller. Very few Beberbeck horses exist today, because the breed has been mostly amalgamated in the German and Eastern European modern warmblood sports horses. What is the link that connects a medieval Archbishop of Mainz in Germany, the English King Edward VIII, the Polish National Stud Racot, and Vornholz Castle Stud in horse breeding history? All had a strong connection to Prussian Main Stud Beberbeck (1724-1929), which left a legacy of Olympic medallists, and greatly influenced most European Warmblood breeds. The only Trakehner stallion line from Beberbeck still in existence had its beginning in Trakehnen in 1905 with the birth of Irrlehrer, and the last remaining heir is now nearly 19 years old. (see first link below)
The conformation is similar to that of the Thoroughbred.
Very patient and gentle horse.
